20 Mar 2020I have been with the same bank for well over 30 years. When it was getting close to renewal time they sent emails to renew online at a poor rate, when I contacted them to say I was shopping around they came back with an offer that was not competitive. Nicole Dunn and I connected and she said I think we can find a better rate for you and she did. She walked me through the process with ease, made me comfortable and confident in my thinking. Nicole made suggestions that would best suit my needs in the short and long term. Nicole took the time to answer my questions and I learned more about the mortgage process that I had in 30 years of being a home owner. I was very satisfied with her follow through and follow up. I have since recommended her to friends who are also very satisfied

I was in shock when I received a phone call from my mortgage company that my renewal was up in 5 days! They had not sent me a renewal notice and I requested one before I was willing to proceed. Of course, I was not impressed. When I received my renewal, I took it directly to Nicole and the first thing she said was, “I can help!” and then she pointed out that the interest rate offered was very poor. In 3 days, Nicole not only found me the best interest rate; but a cool product where I am now able to renovate my home, invest passively in real estate… but also set myself up for a comfortable and enjoyable retirement, which is around the corner. No one had ever opened my eyes to this superior way of passively investing my money. So, in the end, I got so much more than just a mortgage renewal. She was looking out for my best interest; not the banks best interest.I highly recommend Nicole for both your Mortgage and Investments needs.

As much as I like to believe I am one to constantly leave reviews for people, the reality is life gets in the way most times. But I feel compelled to leave a review for Nicole Dunn (REIWealth) and to share my experience with others. Having been with my bank for over 30 years and having multiple mortgages and investments, I feel as though the level of service has been steadily diminishing over time. The human aspect of getting to know the specific needs of the client are going by the wayside. We are all different and have unique circumstances. What I loved most about working with Nicole and her team is that they lessened and brought solutions and products to the table that I wasn’t even aware of. Oh and did I mention I got a far better rate than what my bank of 30 years offered me. That speaks volumes to me. Do yourself a favour and check out what Nicole Dunn can offer you for your particular situation, I am confident she will surprise you and help you make the most of what you have now and going forward. I’m happy to say “It’s a Dunn deal!” and I would highly recommend her to everyone!
